Engineering, managed end to end
Sofico International is the group’s construction company. It runs projects end to end: the day-to-day oversight of sites, the management of vendors and subcontractors, and clear reporting to every stakeholder.
Its engineers cover the whole project cycle. In planning they set scope, schedule, quality measures and budget; in execution, monitoring and control they run procurement and quality control, so that every client receives the quality, quantity and value agreed, on time.
Its completed and ongoing works, from infrastructure and power plants to natural gas pipelines, seaports and industrial and commercial buildings, are worth more than USD 2 billion. It builds with conventional, tunnel-form, prefabricated and precast systems.
