This notice explains what personal data SOFICO Holding receives through this website, why we use it and what rights you have. The website has no forms, no tracking cookies and no advertising.

SOFICO Holding is a group of companies with offices in Egypt, Lebanon, Bulgaria and Ukraine. For this website, SOFICO Holding is responsible for your personal data.

- Emails and phone calls: your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Job applications: the CV and details you send us.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not send it.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, and to prepare and perform any contract you ask for.
- To consider your job application.
- To check counterparties where the law requires it, for example sanctions and export control checks for defence enquiries.
- To keep the website secure.
4. Who we share it with
Within the group, we share your enquiry only with the company that can answer it. We use service providers for hosting and email, who process data only on our instructions. We never sell personal data.
Where the law requires it, we share information with the competent authorities, for example for export licences.
5. International transfers
The group works across several countries, and our service providers may store data outside your country. Where we transfer data, we protect it with appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and for any contract that follows, and then for the periods the law requires. We keep CVs for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Write to us at the address above.
